Who are we looking for?

We are looking for goal driven, energetic, and outgoing candidates to serve as Phone Marketing Representatives to promote our products and services and follow up on sales leads. You do not need to know a lot about home improvements - just be fun, outgoing, vibrant and energetic!

Our Phone Marketing Representatives help to promote our company's products, messaging, and image. Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, outbound calls to follow up on sales leads (from our sales rep and onine generated leads), speaking to homeowners, scheduling free estimates, and providing an overall good impression of Premier Exteriors & Design. We will provide you with the training and essential tools for success, great pay, bonus structure benefits and more.

We are hiring multiple full and part time candidates for this role.

Schedule:

• Multiple openings, full-time and part-time
• Afternoon shift: 4-8 part-time, or 12-8 full-time
• Morning shift: 8-4 full-time
• Shifts available Monday-Saturday

Compensation:

• $15/hour starting pay, based on experience
• Competitive bonus structure based on call volume and scheduled appointments
